The amount of protein and carbs in this recipe makes this snack great for boosting your energy. If you have dietary restrictions or preferences, you can substitute the honey with agave and you can use gluten-free oats instead. While almond butter is recommended you can use any kind of nut butter you prefer.

Ingredients
1 cup almond butter
2/3 cup honey
1 cup chocolate protein powder
2 cups of oat flour
Directions
In a food processor, blend up the oats to make oat flour
Mix the oat flour with the rest of the ingredients until they are well mixed together
Form the batter into balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper
Feel free to coat them with cocoa or drizzle them with chocolate also!
