Follow Sergi Constance’s Back Workout:

  1. Lat Pulldowns Wide Grip: 4 sets × 10 reps
  2. Low Row: 4 sets × 10 reps
  3. one arm dumbbell row 3 sets x 8 -15 reps
  4. Lat pulldown reverse grip 3 sets x 8 – 15 reps
  5. Deadlifts 4 sets × 10 reps
  6. Hammer curl: 3 sets x 20-8 reps
  7. Preacher one arm dumbbell curl: 3 sets x 8 – 15 rep
